Our Director is involved in the full time running of the business on a daily basis, unlike many of our corporate competitors we are a “hands on” organisation. In his role of National Operations Manager, he has an opportunity to immerse himself in his passion for Public Relations and interaction with clients and staff.

Originally from Mauritius, and after completing his Bachelors in Communications and Marketing and a Postgraduate in Communication Studies, Vimal brings in more than 10 years’ experience in the industry.

Firmly based in Melbourne, he relishes in his role, the challenges and diversity that this brings and driving the business to the next level.

Administration Office Manager

Allan has over 30 years’ experience as an administration and office manager . His advice and assistance to our staff, supervisors, area managers and cleaners are to develop their skills and capabilities.

Allan has been with Brighten Services Australia for more than 10 years now and he is a valuable member with his extensive operational knowledge, organisation skills and work ethics.

Sean Williams.

OH&S Manager

Sean has several years’ experience in the cleaning and construction Industry as an OH&S manager and has extensive knowledge in Work Health and Safety.

Developing staff orientations, promote workplace safety, explain employment standards and legislation such as worker’s compensation, labour standards and Fair Work Practices. He is also experienced in all facets of cleaning and facilities services expertise in staff selection, training of staff, chemical suitability and use, quality assurance requirements and programming of cleaning schedules.

Lester De Zilva.

Business Development Manager

Lester has over 30 years’ experience in customer service, sales, and management. He relishes a challenge, and always looking to gain experience and professional growth. He has a strong customer service focussed background which is extremely valuable to Brighten Services Australia and his ability to forge and maintain relationships. Lester always looks forward to meet with prospective clients and creating long lasting partnerships.
